Martial Arts Background:

Started training at age 10 in the art of Tang Soo Do, at The Attala County Karate Club. Instructed by Frank Sanders.
At that time Sanders was 1st Degree.
At age 16 he took a few years off from training, then came back, once again, under the direction of Master Frank Sanders in the art of TaeKwon-Do, at Sanders Martial Arts Inc.
Donald Martin has been under the close direction of Master Frank Sanders from the age of 10.

1997 Mens State Grand Champion
Promoted to 1st Degree Black Belt in 1999
Opened Attala County Martial Arts in 1999
Promoted to 2nd Degree Black Belt in 2001
In 2002 started teaching TaeKwon-Do at the Oprah Winfrey Boys & Girls Club, as well
2003 Boys & Girls Club Champion Of Youth, along side of New Orleans Saint's Running Back, Deuce McAllister
2003 2nd place Mens State Grand Champion Black Belt Division
Served on the Oprah Winfrey Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors from Aug.2004 through Aug.2005
Promoted to 3rd Degree Black Belt in 2005
Has trained over 16 State Grand Champions in just six years
Has trained 5 1st Degree Black Belts, 2 to 2nd Degree
Currently training for his 4th Degree Black Belt

Working for the City of Kosciusko as a Career Fire Fighter

The Greatest satisfaction in teaching Martial Arts is,
being able to pass down, to someone else, what I have learned from my Instructor.
Knowing that, they too will pass down what I have taught them. Making each generation better, both in the Martial Arts, and in Life as well.
